Scotia Wealth Management is sourcing an Insurance Sales Associate for current and future International Investment Advisory opportunities. You will support Insurance Consultants, advisor engagement, and regional business development. The work includes insurance applications, reporting, presentations, and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track opportunities and follow up with advisors on leads
- Prepare applications, presentations, and policy delivery packages
- Coordinate underwriting updates with advisors, clients, and case coordinators
- Validate documentation, licensing, disclosures,



and Centralize records
- Organize seminars, webinars, educational sessions, and participant registrations

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of insurance or wealth management industries
- LLQP designation considered a strong asset
- Insurance license, CSC, CFP, PFP, or CLU considered an asset
