This senior Operations Manager role supports day-to-day operations across Taylor+ communities. You will lead incoming customer requests, coordinate repairs, and maintain commercial systems including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, lighting, and electrical equipment. The role also supports reporting studies, inspections, and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operations teams and prioritize incoming customer requests
- Coordinate capital projects, repairs, and maintenance with contractors
- Manage commercial systems and preventative maintenance programs




- Inspect buildings and maintain condition documentation and drawings
- Coach inspections and troubleshoot BAS, HVAC, and base-building equipment

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years’ senior experience in retail commercial real estate
- Experience with flagship and boutique retail assets
- BES Operator Class 2, SMT, or SMA certification
- Working knowledge of Angus
- Flexibility for after-hours emergencies and on-call rotation
