You will attract independent mortgage agents, manage screening, and support onboarding for the brokerage. The work includes online recruiting tools, social media, networking, and industry outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proactive strategies to attract independent mortgage agents
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards and referrals
- Screen, interview, follow up, and assess prospective agents
- Nurture relationships with potential agents throughout recruitment
- Maintain recruitment records and provide process feedback
Requirements:
- Four to five years of recruiting experience
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Effective organization, prioritization, and time management
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Mandarin, Russian, or Ukrainian proficiency is an asset
