Own professional services performance at Sparkrock through P&L; leadership, ERP/SaaS delivery, and a fully remote Canada-based work model. Lead client outcomes across a $3–5M portfolio while guiding delivery teams.

As Director of Skilled Services, you will oversee consultants, business analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations. You will shape delivery models, protect healthy margins, and serve as senior escalation point. The work combines financial management, customer relationships, resourcing, and technical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L; and book-of-business performance across client engagements
- Oversee ERP/SaaS delivery quality and customer outcomes
- Lead consultants, business analysts, and project managers




- Allocate resources across engagements to optimize capacity and margin
- Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing, and positioning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 10–15 years in professional services, project management, or technology
- 3–5 years leading Professional Services teams
- Experience managing portfolios and $3–5M book-of-business revenues
- Canada-based, eligible to work, and available for 15–20% travel
