This Senior Estimator will manage projects from early budgeting through tender submission. The work covers commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, recreational, museum, retail, and other ICI developments. You will support a growing preconstruction team while coordinating with operations, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
- Lead hard-bid and design-build tenders
- Manage subcontractor pricing, scopes, and bid evaluations
- Produce conceptual budgets and preconstruction estimates




- Identify value engineering opportunities and mentor junior estimators

Requirements:

- Seven or more years estimating commercial or ICI projects
- Robust quantity take-off and cost planning experience
- Experience with hard-bid and design-build procurement
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and communicate commercially
