Serve APOLLO clients through personal lines insurance expertise, transparent communication, and customer-focused advice. Work shifts fall between 9am and 7pm EST, Monday to Friday.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will support prospective and existing clients across APOLLO’s digital insurance platform. The position combines coverage assessment, sales, policy servicing, and claims guidance. You will communicate through live chat, email, and phone while helping clients understand policies and exclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist prospective insurance clients provided by APOLLO
- Assess coverage needs and advise on requirements
- Convert insurance requests into customers through engagement
- Support clients from information gathering through binding
- Service APOLLO’s existing book through multiple channels

Requirements:

- At least one year in a Broker or Advisor role
- Required RIBO License
- Personal lines insurance and claims process experience
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
