As an Estimator, you will lead bid processes and assemble accurate estimates for hard-bid, construction management, and design-build work. You will coordinate with sub-trades, management, and personnel while identifying risks within bid pricing. The position requires construction estimating experience across several contract types.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams through bid completion under pressure
- Assemble accurate estimates for multiple delivery methods
- Organize successful sub-contractor quotes and assist buy-out
- Monitor project success and identify potential challenges
- Maintain labour, material, and project cost databases

Requirements:

- Construction-related degree or diploma
- Minimum five years estimating ICI projects
- Knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contracts
- Experience with P3, design-build, and lump sum contracts
- Eligibility for Reliability Clearance
