As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will lead delivery projects from start to finish while solving complex technical challenges. The work spans Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, hybrid cloud, virtualization, containerization, and data center security. You will partner with customers, sales teams, engineering groups, and technical leaders to deliver comprehensive solutions and maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery projects from start to finish
- Create design plans for Cisco technology deployments
- Write automation scripts and build compatibility simulations




- Provide consulting recommendations for technology transitions
- Serve as primary contact for technical resolution

Requirements:

- In-depth data center design, operations, and architecture knowledge
- Experience with Cisco Nexus, ACI, MDS, routing, switching, and SAN
- Experience with hybrid cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Understanding of security, firewalls, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Canadian French and English bilingual fluency
