Apply WSIB expertise and return-to-work knowledge as a Senior Advisor with The Ottawa Hospital. This temporary position continues until approximately November 1, 2028.

The Senior Advisor consults with internal and external stakeholders about workplace injuries. You will provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and support compliance with hospital policies, best practices, and legislation. The work involves managing injuries and recommending solutions across organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Three-year college diploma in human resources or related discipline
- Five years of WSIB-related experience
- Knowledge of WSIB legislation, policies, procedures, and NEER
- Knowledge of Parklane software, Microsoft Office, and keyboarding
- Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
