Lead accounts payable operations for Northern Reflections, Ricki's, and Cleo, using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central expertise. Oversee high-volume payments, reconciliations, and reporting.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager leads the full AP function within Finance. The role directs staff, strengthens controls, and improves workflows across the ERP setting. It also supports cash forecasting, audits, tax compliance, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct, mentor, and coordinate daily Accounts Payable team activities
- Oversee invoice review, verification, posting, and payment processing
- Manage EFT, ACH, wire transfer, and cheque payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice matching variances




- Support cash flow forecasting, audits, and financial close cycles

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- Experience leading, supervising, or managing an AP function
- Post-secondary accounting, finance, business, or related education
- Advanced Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central proficiency preferred
- Advanced Excel, tax, GAAP, analytical, and communication skills
