Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this Accounting Manager leads financial reporting, Accounts Payable, and Credit/Collections. The position manages reconciliations, transfer pricing, cash flow, and process improvements. It also supports audits, budgets, forecasts, and control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end reporting, journal entries, and close deadlines
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and monthly reporting packages
- Lead Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams
- Manage transfer pricing between Canadian and United States entities
- Prepare audit working papers and communicate with external auditors

Requirements:

- Required CPA designation; CCP preferred
- At least five years of progressive finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365 knowledge
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
