As a Lead Data Scientist, you will design predictive models, analytical frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications, and agentic workflows. The work combines Python, SQL, machine learning, foundation-model integration, and evaluation across enterprise data sources. You will translate workforce and organizational questions into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design statistical analyses, predictive models, and machine-learning solutions
- Build Generative AI, retrieval, and agentic applications
- Implement tool calling, orchestration, and structured outputs




- Develop reusable prompts, agents, tools, and evaluation components
- Optimize reliability, latency, cost, and user experience

Requirements:

- Typically six or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python and statistical modeling
- Strong SQL and analytical data-development skills
- Experience implementing enterprise AI or machine-learning solutions
- Experience with foundation models and production deployment
