This locally owned, founder-led company serves small and mid-sized businesses across the Okanagan, Thompson Valley, and Kootenays. You will own recent business from prospecting through signed agreements. The work includes discovery calls, free IT assessments, proposals, networking, and solution scoping. You will help build the sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hunt pipeline across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and Interior
- Run discovery calls, IT assessments, and proposals
- Represent the company at networking events and client visits
- Scope solutions with the founder and technical team
- Track pipeline and forecasts in the CRM

Requirements:

- Track record generating B2B or SMB sales opportunities
- Okanagan SMB sales experience preferred
- Experience selling services, solutions, or recurring-revenue offerings
- Self-starter who manages pipeline and follow-ups
- Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
