Lead daily center operations at Fueling Brains’ Beltline Campus in Calgary with early learning leadership and team development expertise. This full-time salaried role oversees a licensed childcare center.

As Center Director, you will own the center’s overall success and guide early childhood educators. The work includes staffing, scheduling, enrollment, compliance, classroom programming, family relationships, and operational resources. Fueling Brains combines educational science, technology, and childcare expertise through a whole-brain approach to early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day operations and center success
- Lead, coach, and develop early childhood educators
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and operations
- Maintain licensing, child safety, health, and compliance standards




- Manage family tours, concerns, and center communication

Requirements:

- Two to five-plus years in licensed childcare or early learning
- Leadership or supervisory experience in childcare settings
- Knowledge of licensing, ratios, health, safety, and regulations
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood development, or related field
