As a Staff Frontend Engineer reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will guide technical direction across teams. You will design scalable systems, standardize patterns, and influence product strategy for a configurable sales compensation platform. The work spans architecture, user experience, data visualization, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead frontend architecture, evolution, patterns, and best practices
- Drive cross-cutting initiatives across product areas and teams

- Deep production experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Frontend architecture experience for complex data-heavy applications
- Expertise in components, state management, performance, and testing
