Must Haves

- 5–10 years in project management and related experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices
- Outstanding change management knowledge and performance evaluation processes

Nice to Have

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Experience in proposal writing
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
