As a Commercial Finance Analyst in FP&A;, you will partner with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Finance. You will translate pipeline activity, customer wins and losses, rep performance, and profitability data into insight for senior leadership. The work includes forecasting, budgeting, revenue integrity, incentives, and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build monthly sales forecasts using regional input and top-down targets
- Analyze actual, forecast, and budget variances for leadership
- Develop Power BI dashboards for self-serve stakeholder reporting
- Evaluate customer, lane, pricing, and cost-to-serve profitability




- Maintain revenue metrics, incentive accruals, and data integrity

Requirements:

- Three to six years in FP&A;, commercial finance, or analytics
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and Power Query
- Power BI and Salesforce experience for revenue analytics
- Understanding of P&L; mechanics and revenue forecasting
- Finance, Accounting, Business education; CPA completed or progressing
