Greenspace Construction Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from tender review through close-out. The position covers heavy civil construction, municipal infrastructure, contract administration, financial reporting, and onsite coordination. You will work with senior management, consultants, owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate tender opportunities and finalize competitive submissions
- Develop work plans, baseline schedules, and progress updates
- Coordinate site teams, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor quantities, budgets, invoices, forecasts,



and projections
- Lead meetings and compile project close-out submittals

Requirements:

- Post-secondary construction, project management, or engineering education
- Ten to fifteen years of progressive Project Manager experience
- Heavy civil construction and municipal infrastructure background
- Experience managing five-million-to-twenty-five-million-dollar-plus projects
- Valid G driver’s license and vehicle
