As Product Lifecycle Manager, you will guide product scaling and graceful retirements for networking equipment. You will coordinate Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, customers, and executive leadership. Your work will translate market shifts, customer priorities, technical trends, and competitive insight into explicit requirements, investments, and lifecycle plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build business cases linking pricing, margins, revenue, costs, and investments
- Develop strategies for scaling products and managing graceful retirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
- Ten-plus years in telecom, datacom, or networking product lifecycle management
- Experience leading complex initiatives through cross-functional influence
- Business acumen spanning pricing, forecasting, profitability, and portfolio planning
- Knowledge of FTTx PON, IP networking, and routing technologies
