The Associate works across sourcing, evaluation, and transaction execution for specialized software businesses. You will collaborate with the company’s M&A; and executive teams while engaging owners, advisors, and bankers. The position provides exposure to different industries and business models across the full M&A; lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate acquisitions with M&A; and executive teams
- Lead conversations with owners, advisors, and bankers
- Prepare financial, non-financial, valuation, and operational analyses
- Conduct diligence and draft investment memorandums for board approval
- Craft integration strategy and support acquired businesses

Requirements:

- Degree in Business or Finance from a competitive institution
- Minimum four years of M&A; experience
- Expertise building financial models and structured analysis
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Robust technology understanding and software industry passion
