- Lead weekly staffing meetings and validate forecasts

- Manage utilization, bandwidth, and developer well-being
- Develop metrics tracking staffing efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Five years managing programs or projects in technology environments
- Five years staffing teams, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with capacity planning models preferred
