Gallagher seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager with Construction insurance expertise and three years’ experience to support its Middle Market portfolio.

You will serve as the primary service lead for approximately 200 clients and 300 policies. The role covers portfolio management, renewals, marketing, client service, and new business implementation. You will partner with Producers, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations, insurers, and business partners to support retention, growth, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Middle Market Commercial Lines portfolios and client relationships
- Lead renewals, remarketing, quotations, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate new business onboarding, documentation, and insurer follow-up
- Issue certificates, pink cards, endorsements,



and policy changes
- Advocate with carriers regarding coverage, pricing, service, and terms

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Solid Construction and Contractor insurance expertise
- Active Alberta General Level 2 Insurance License required
- Advanced Applied Epic and Trust Accounting proficiency
- Strong negotiation, organization, and client relationship skills
