Drive operational excellence at iA by managing securities lending, borrowing, matched-book transactions, and collateral optimisation across capital markets.

As Associate Director, you will support the Securities Finance Trading team within the Front Office. Your work will span trade execution, lifecycle management, counterparty coordination, and collateral activities. You will help maintain an evolving platform through controls, workflow improvements, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support securities finance transactions from execution through final return
- Monitor trade capture, matching, settlement, and processing status
- Coordinate recalls, returns, re-rates, comparisons, and exceptions
- Manage collateral allocation, utilisation,



and eligible collateral requirements
- Partner with trading desks, custodians, counterparties, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Understanding of securities lending, borrowing, and matched-book financing
- Experience with transaction lifecycle events and settlements
- Knowledge of collateral management and optimisation concepts
- Robust analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EquiLend is a strong asset
