Use negotiation and analytical skills as an RBC Recoveries Officer in Mississauga, managing outstanding Personal Loan and Card Product balances. This is a full time position.

The Recoveries Officer analyzes client information and assesses maximum recovery potential. You will provide repayment options, recommend litigation or third party collection activity, and balance Customer Care with business risk. The role requires frequent communication with RBC partners and employees across Canada and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recover outstanding Personal Loan and Card Product balances
- Initiate outbound and receive incoming client calls
- Identify risk situations and escalate appropriately
- Recommend litigation or third party collection activity




- Resolve issues while maintaining compliance and operational risk mitigation

Requirements:

- Two or more years of Recoveries or Collections experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and decision making ability
- Availability for scheduled afternoon, evening, and monthly Saturday shifts
