Drive turbomachinery sourcing at TC Energy using commercial analysis and supplier negotiation across a hybrid office-based workforce in Canada, the U.S., or Mexico.

Reporting to the Manager of the Turbomachinery Category Team, this specialist manages OEM portfolios and repair and overhaul suppliers. The work covers gas turbines, power turbines, gas compressors, electric motor drives, aftermarket parts, maintenance, and field services. You will support enterprise-wide procurement across business units and collaborate with Engineering, Fleet, Legal, Project teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage OEM relationships, delivery, quality, cost, and corrective actions
- Consolidate equipment, parts, maintenance, and fleet demand forecasts
- Develop sourcing strategies for repairs, overhauls, spares, and services




- Negotiate equipment, master, amendment, and long-term service agreements
- Lead RFx processes and prepare evaluation and award recommendations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Six to eight years of progressive related experience
- Commercial acumen in lifecycle cost and cash-flow analysis
- Robust contract drafting, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
- Experience sourcing turbomachinery equipment and aftermarket services
