Lead secure infrastructure delivery for the Edmonton Police Service using Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise platforms. Work in Edmonton supporting resilient services.

This experienced infrastructure qualified provides technical leadership and hands-on delivery across enterprise infrastructure. The position supports data centres, server and storage platforms, virtualization, networking, identity services, and cloud environments. It translates requirements into secure, highly available, scalable, and disaster-recoverable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 3 support across enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, document, and maintain resilient solutions
- Review lifecycle, performance, architectures, and fault tolerance
- Conduct technology assessments, vendor evaluations, and proofs of concept




- Guide projects through implementation, testing, transition, and documentation

Requirements:

- Related degree and four years relevant experience, or equivalent education
- Hands-on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure experience
- Experience with VMware, HPE, Cisco networking, firewalls, VPNs, and storage
- Knowledge of security, disaster recovery, continuity, and change management
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence and ability to lift 35 kilograms
