Anthem seeks a Maintenance Technician for retail property and office environments. You will perform minor carpentry, electrical, paint, and plumbing repairs while supporting general site maintenance. The work includes inspections, cleaning, access control, tenant requests, and vendor access. You will work directly with the Property Manager and Maintenance team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete inspections across assigned property areas
- Maintain secure, clean walkways and common areas
- Respond to assigned tenant service requests
- Manage access control and key control systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven maintenance experience, preferably in retail property
- Skilled use of hand and power tools
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s License and clean record
- Ability to work outdoors and meet physical demands
