Lead coal transition partnerships for PPCA from London or Canada, applying climate policy, energy finance, and international stakeholder expertise.

As Senior Policy Advisor, you will manage partnerships connecting governments and utilities with finance, technical assistance, capacity support, and peer experience. You will help develop and implement coal transition plans and projects. The work spans climate, energy policy, public and private finance, and just transition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day coal transition partnerships with countries and businesses
- Coordinate governments, utilities, financiers, and technical delivery partners
- Develop country-level and asset-level analyses and recommendations
- Plan workshops, events, and international forum participation




- Support PPCA strategy development and provide expert advice

Requirements:

- Significant experience in international engagement and policy
- Knowledge of global coal power and international coal finance
- Understanding of energy transition policies and financing solutions
- Senior-level international stakeholder network management experience
- Excellent English communication and solid project management skills
