Reporting to the Supervisor, the Team Leader supports line management and communicates work assignments. The position requires initiative, reliable attendance, policy compliance, and respect for applicable legislation. You will motivate, encourage, and train employees while supporting production, quality, and changeovers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Production General Labourers assigned to the line
- Communicate work direction and performance issues with Supervisors
- Train employees and temporarily replace line workers
- Complete hourly Production and QA forms
- Manage changeovers and communicate issues between shifts

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership and initiative
- Valuable attendance and respect for company policies
- Ability to follow Health and Safety policies
- Ability to follow GMP policies and inform team members
- Ability to read customer specifications and date formats
