Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addictions, this full-time manager supports Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. The work includes operational and business plans, monitoring, reporting, course correction, and partnerships. You will foster client-centric culture across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational and business plans
- Connect operational lines of sight with SHA goals
- Monitor, report, and correct plan progress
- Lead an creative, positive working climate
- Develop system and community partnerships

Requirements:

- Five years managing or supervising Mental Health and Addictions
- Experience in leadership and a related area
- Human Services diploma or recognized related degree
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
