Bidell Gas Compression seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for three manufacturing facilities. You will supervise technicians, coordinate repairs, maintain equipment, and support production teams. The work includes hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial welding equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and assign daily maintenance priorities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment
- Coordinate maintenance work across three facilities
- Develop schedules and maintain repair records
- Apply lockout/tagout and workplace safety procedures
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or similar setting experience
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
- Valid driver’s licence and facility travel ability
