As Manager, Regulatory & Policy Governance, you will support TDAM’s non-securities regulatory obligations. The role covers Canadian privacy, FATCA/CRS, registered products, and related compliance topics. You will report to the Vice President & Director, Regulatory & Policy Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide governance and regulatory expertise for TDAM non-securities activities
- Review privacy impact assessments and coordinate privacy event reporting
- Support FATCA/CRS and registered product requirements
- Maintain regulatory libraries, controls, mappings, and regulatory changes
- Develop policies, procedures, training, and operational control guidance

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant working experience
- University degree in business, finance, or law preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work independently under guidance
- Privacy designate experience preferred
