Axiom Builders is building its talent pool for future Project Manager opportunities. You will coordinate internal resources, vendors, consultants, engineers, trades, site staff, owners, and clients. The work requires managing project objectives, technical feasibility, execution resources, client expectations, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate resources and vendors for timely, in-scope project delivery
- Develop and manage scope, schedules, costs, and objectives
- Serve as frontline contact for project stakeholders




- Support site staff with resources for successful execution
- Maintain client relationships and resolve project issues

Requirements:

- At least two years as a general contractor Project Manager
- Construction-related certificate, diploma, or degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Procore
- Strong Lower Mainland sub-trade relationships and network
- Experience with virtual construction and 3D modelling is an asset
