As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers before deals close. You will uncover client problems, determine technical possibilities, and design solutions spanning creative services, AI systems, or both. The role reports to the Head of FDE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery calls to uncover clients’ underlying business problems
- Match creative talent, systems, and AI tooling partners
- Design, scope, price, and propose systems solutions
- Guide deals through systems review before engineering assignment
- Build reusable sales assets and run enablement sessions

Requirements:

- Three or more years in client-facing technical work
- Robust consultative selling skills and customer empathy
- Hands-on experience building agents or common workflows
- Ability to map tools to customer problems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
