This Electrical Proposal Specialist opportunity welcomes candidates without estimating experience. You will learn Magna IV’s services, equipment, and customer applications through approximately six months of field training. Then, you will prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation with engineering, operations, project management, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete hands-on field training alongside field and engineering teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders
- Review client requests, requirements, and submission deadlines




- Coordinate technical and commercial information across internal teams
- Maintain accurate proposal templates, records, and supporting documentation

Requirements:

- Electrical experience in power systems, automation, industrial, or technical services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Robust Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to complete approximately six months of field training
