Lead client retention and regional strategy as Canada Life’s Regional Director, Client Relationships, Eastern Canada, with senior leadership responsibilities. This permanent full-time position may be based in Halifax, London, Toronto, or Ottawa.

You will lead Regional Managers serving Workplace Retirement clients and align regional execution with national objectives. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, business growth, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. You will also support talent development and consistent service excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers across Eastern Canada
- Execute strategies supporting retention, growth, satisfaction, and portfolio performance
- Build relationships with clients, advisors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Resolve complex client, advisor,



and operational escalations
- Oversee workforce planning, resources, and succession planning

Requirements:

- 10+ years in financial services, including Workplace Retirement experience
- Success leading leaders and developing high-performing teams
- Robust relationship management, business growth, and retention expertise
- Strategic planning, analytical, influencing, and negotiation capabilities
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
