Support individual insurance business development through policy analysis, advisor assignment, and French-language administrative coordination. This permanent position follows a 37-hour daytime schedule.

The Business Development Specialist manages orphan, unassigned, and unrepresented clients, while monitoring inactive or unlicensed advisors. The work requires understanding insurer rules, life insurance and investment products, and related administrative procedures. You will identify opportunities within policy blocks, maintain client files, and report results to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage orphan, unassigned, and unrepresented client procedures

Requirements:

- University degree in administration or equivalent training
- Three to five years of similar experience
- Knowledge of life insurance and investment products
- Knowledge of associated administrative procedures
- Intermediate spoken and written French
