Build and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in Ottawa, Ontario, using Power Platform development and enterprise integration expertise. This hybrid position requires two office days weekly.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Developer supports CFI’s newly implemented awards management platform. The Information Systems team needs hands-on Dynamics 365 development, customization, administration, integration, and optimization. You will work with workflows, entities, forms, views, related Microsoft technologies, and production applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions
- Design workflows, entities, forms, functionality, and integrations
- Manage architecture, administration, upgrades, patching, and support




- Integrate and migrate data using TIBCO Scribe or similar tools
- Create documentation, training materials, and end-user resources

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of software development experience
- Two-plus years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development
- Experience deploying, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics solutions
- Knowledge of databases, web applications, and system integration
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and Agile or hybrid development
