Coordinate business readiness across User, Process, Organizational, Leadership, and Support dimensions within a PMO-led transformation. Track KPIs, manage monday.com, and support cutover planning.

Reporting to PMO leadership, this coordinator connects implementation partners, workstream leads, change management teams, and plant supervisors. The work focuses on achieving 85%+ readiness gates through scorecards, risk escalation, training logistics, UAT support, documentation sign-offs, and site enablement. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain readiness scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and governance trackers
- Flag below-threshold metrics and schedule risks to PMO leaders
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, assessments, and makeup sessions




- Track SOP approvals, UAT participation, defects, and documentation sign-offs
- Support plant cutover checklists, hardware access, credentials, and stabilization metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years in PMO, transformation, change management, or operations
- Robust MS Office and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and advanced documentation skills
- Experience with monday.com, MS Project, or Jira
