As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage potential customers as their first contact with Poka. You will research industrial accounts, map stakeholders, and personalize outreach around their challenges and priorities. The role combines outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, structured qualification, and product education to advance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify high-potential accounts and map relevant stakeholders
- Prospect outbound and build a high-quality pipeline
- Follow up promptly on marketing-generated inbound leads
- Meet activity goals across calls, emails, and LinkedIn




- Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations

Requirements:

- Two or more years in enterprise business-to-business sales
- Experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager
- Transparent persuasive English communication and active listening
- Energy for cold calling and outbound sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
