Lead traditional wellness strategy across the Vancouver Island Region with FNHA, strengthening community relationships and integrating healing modalities onsite.

As Regional Manager, Traditional Health and Wellness, you will coordinate FNHA’s Traditional Wellness Strategic Framework. You will support Coast Salish First Nations-Led Primary Care initiatives, regional planning, and traditional wellness integration. The work includes partnerships with communities, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, health system partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and coordinate the Traditional Wellness Strategic Framework
- Implement traditional wellness programs and services regionally
- Strengthen relationships with communities, Elders, and Knowledge Keepers




- Support primary care and integrated health planning
- Coach and mentor health and wellness staff

Requirements:

- University degree in a health-related field
- Eight or more years of related experience
- Previous leadership experience in health care
- Experience with traditional wellness and cultural healing
- Knowledge of BC health care and First Nations health
