Lead cybersecurity monitoring and incident response for BDO Canada through a blended work model spanning office, client sites, and virtual work. Protect enterprise systems, data, and digital assets.

As a senior Information Security team member, you will monitor threats, investigate incidents, and improve operational security capabilities. The work combines threat and vulnerability management, security technology administration, and collaboration with technology teams. You will also guide junior specialists and support stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and investigate cybersecurity events, alerts, and incidents
- Coordinate containment, remediation, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Optimize technologies supporting enterprise detection and response
- Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to identify security improvements




- Maintain response playbooks, procedures, and operational processes

Requirements:

- Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive cybersecurity experience
- Knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat detection
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, investigation, and response technologies
- Solid analytical and technical communication skills
