Mercury is seeking a seasoned strategic program manager to shape the future of its customer experience delivery in Canada. You will guide high-impact transitions, leveraging data to recommend where work should live and how to scale through incubation, Core Support, or external partners.
You’ll lead end-to-end transitions, partnering with Workforce Management, Enablement, QA, Support, and other teams to ensure capacity, training, and readiness.
