Key Responsibilities:

- Validate STR, NFA, and RTC investigative outcomes
- Confirm RGS and appropriate customer exit decisions
- Review case files and transactional data
- Identify root causes of quality issues
- Deliver feedback and contribute to metrics

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ AML or financial crime experience
- Thorough understanding of STR filing requirements
- Knowledge of RGS thresholds and regulatory expectations
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or second-level review experience
- Excellent communication across diverse disciplines
