Serve Axon customers as a Technical Account Manager in Orillia, Ontario, applying product expertise and tier 2 troubleshooting onsite three to four days weekly.
Act as the primary technical liaison for key customers while building strategic relationships and supporting successful Axon product deployment and adoption. Use networking, databases, APIs, and change management knowledge to understand operational goals, address obstacles, and maintain confidence. Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product, Skilled Services, and implementation teams to represent customer feedback and influence improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers and serve as their primary technical liaison
- Master Axon technologies relevant to customer environments
- Monitor tickets and resolve tier 2 technical issues
- Train customers on Axon products and product releases
- Report KPIs, service requirements, risks, bugs, and trends
Requirements:
- Five or more years in IT support or deployment
- Experience managing customer relationships and technical projects
- Experience with law enforcement or government agencies
- Knowledge of routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications
- Understanding of databases, Microsoft technologies, APIs, and network administration
