Lead systems requirements governance for SYSTRA Canada’s GO Expansion program while coordinating traceability, verification, and validation across complex rail infrastructure.

The Senior Manager, Systems Engineering Management (Requirements), leads requirements activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will establish governance, manage baselines, coordinate engineering disciplines, and support technical change. The work connects business and operational objectives with design, testing, verification, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and govern Requirements Management Plans and associated processes
- Maintain baseline control and end-to-end requirements traceability
- Coordinate requirements across civil, track, signals, and rolling stock




- Conduct impact assessments and support technical change management
- Oversee IBM DOORS Next Generation requirements management tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Minimum three to five years in engineering leadership
- Experience delivering requirements engineering on complex rail programs
- Knowledge of INCOSE practices and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288
