Drive financial planning and analysis with BWXT Canada in Toronto or Cambridge, using advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise. This onsite role supports Commercial Operations.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will deliver accurate financial data for decision-making across multiple business units. Your work spans budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, variance analysis, monthly close support, and reporting under US GAAP and company policies. You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate monthly and quarterly actuals, forecasts, and reports
- Analyze variances, trends, expenses, ROI, and working capital
- Support forecasts, capital planning, cash forecasting, and monthly close




- Manage reporting data within consolidation software and validate results
- Improve recurring reporting using Excel, Power Query, and available tools

Requirements:

- Finance degree and three to five years’ related experience
- CPA designation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, reconciliation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting operations and non-finance stakeholders
