CGIC in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Change Management Consultant for the Claims department. This temporary full time role (16 months) offers a hybrid work model with two days in office.

You will lead change and communications planning to support business readiness and adoption across Claims teams. You will partner with Claims leaders to identify people-side risks, develop mitigations, and integrate readiness assessments into project plans.
