The work spans commercial, industrial, and municipal construction, requiring robust knowledge of drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans, specifications, and tender documents
- Build quantity takeoffs, including electronic earthworks modeling
- Solicit supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing strategies
- Submit tenders, proposals, and change orders

Requirements:

- Five or more years of civil estimating experience
- Diploma or degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
