Provide acute care clinical pharmacy services at Saanich Peninsula Hospital, applying drug therapy expertise within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Site Coordinator or designate, the Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care for most of the working time. This regular full time position supports acute care medicine, works with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, and includes rotating on-call responsibilities. The schedule is 08:00 to 16:00, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical pharmacy services in acute care
- Deliver pharmaceutical care for hospital patients
- Identify and resolve drug therapy problems
- Make sound clinical decisions with minimal supervision




- Collaborate with physicians and health professionals

Requirements:

- Licensed or eligible for licensing in British Columbia
- Accredited Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preparation
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize workload and complete tasks accurately
